Domestic and international investors

Vidikovac Residence d.o.o. is a company founded by the investment fund ALFI and the domestic company Moja investicija. With this project, we will exceed the current standards in the construction of urban settlements in Istria.

Alfi fond is an investment fund from Slovenia and whose primary goal is to invest in real estate development, company restructuring, and other special situations. The ALFI fund has been present on the alternative investment market since 2017 and in that period has made more than 20 successful investments in the Slovenian and Croatian markets. The fund has over 100 million euros of capital and is primarily active in the markets of Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The projects are led by an experienced team with more than ten years of experience in various areas of finance, real estate, and law. (

Two domestic companies from Pula are also participating in the project with the Alfa Fond. In the role of investor, the company Moja investicija, which operates exclusively in Istria. He currently has open investment projects in Pula, Medulin, Ližnjan, and Umag.

The exclusive sale of apartments will be managed by the real estate agency Premium nekretnine, which, like the company Moja investicija, focuses on doing business only in Istria. An agency that, as the name suggests, focuses on high-quality real estate properties. The sales team includes agents with more than 25 years of real estate experience.

With our experience, organization, and financial strength, our clients achieve security in their future investments.
